I have been buying this soap for several years and have loved it so much. I would call it the special soap and would recommend it to my friends and family. The last order i recieved was horrible. The soap was extremely sticky and smelled moldy. I was very unhappy. Looked online to see if I could get a refund but said they don’t do anything basically it’s at your loss. Really sad that this soap has changed or I got stuck with a bad batch. Both soaps of this type were bad. So disappointed. Also to note. The soap was a larger size than the prior ones I have used over the years. Not sure if formula and size has changed. Not very happy.

I'm so glad i ordered from the website I typically buy these soaps and body oils in a local shop that carries this brand, but i wanted to see what other scents were available. I absolutely love this soap. Might be my favorite, but of course, I'm still gonna try out other scents when the time comes.

As always, Crystal Bar Soap is the best soap. It’s gorgeous, it smells great and it doesn’t dry out my skin. It’s so rare these days to find high quality products at a more than reasonable price point, and I love the daily dopamine burst these special soaps give me!

scent of this soap is "rose bouquet." i might not have bought it if i had known, because rose scents are not my favorite. However, I'm very glad i did! The rose scent is like a garden rose, not like a grandma perfume. the rose scent is SO nicely balanced with something fresh and clean, i can't tell for sure what it is but it is soooo nice. the pink botswana agate is so pretty and the lather from this soap is maybe the best of any CBS soaps I've tried (though they all have great suds). would make a nice gift for any flower loving friend!

Loved the way it made my skin feel especially as a BIPOC. But, wish there was a way to prolong the fragrance
