Both items missing ingredients label

I bought several bath bombs as gifts for acquaintances, so I don’t know their sensitivities or allergies. Both of the Rose bath bombs came with defective labels missing any description or site info to find/view ingredients online. Another bomb was damaged. I received no response to my inquiry. I’ve placed several orders and the both times I’ve reached out to customer service I’ve been ghosted.

If you have any issues don’t expect to get support, great products, but extremely disappointing customer service.

The scent is heavenly, everything about this shower steamer is divine.

Heads up this is VERY rosey, I love the scent of rose but it is quite powerful just to let the more sensitive noses know!
