Return Policy

At Crystal Bar Soap, we take great pride in creating handcrafted, high-quality products for your self-care rituals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help!

Returns

We want you to love your Crystal Bar Soap products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items with a photo of the damaged product(s) and your order number. We will be happy to assist you in issuing a replacement or a refund for damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@crystalbarsoap.com with your order number and the product you would like to exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the new item will be shipped to you once we receive the returned product.

Refunds

Refunds are offered in cases of damaged or incorrect items upon request. We process refunds back to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we made a shipping error or the item was damaged. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
