Where is the tracking number for my order?
Tracking for an order will be sent via email once your order has been processed. If you have not received tracking for your order, this means that a shipping label has not been created for your package and it is still in queue to be processed.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $60. International shipping rates vary depending on weight of package and destination, but starts at $10.

How fast will I get my order?
Please note processing time and shipping time are two separate times frames.
Our order processing time is 4-7 business days from day of purchase. Delivery there after depends on the shipping method selected at check out, 1-3 business days for Priority Shipping, and 3-5 business days for almost all other options within the United States.
For international orders, please note that delivery time is determined by the country's customs. Once your order is obtained by your country's postal service, you will have to contact them regarding any updates on your package.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
