Our Commitment

At Crystal Bar Soap, each item is handcrafted with intention, care, and ritual-grade ingredients designed for personal use. Because our products come into direct contact with the body, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policies outlined below.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of soap, bath, and body care products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent preference

  • Skin sensitivity or reaction

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Failure to read product descriptions

This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of our customers and our products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), the shipping box, and packing materials

  • Your order number must be included

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion via replacement or store credit only.
Refunds are not issued.

Failure to report an issue within the stated timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • We do not verify or correct addresses

  • Orders shipped to the address provided are considered fulfilled

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped and received by the mail carrier, Crystal Bar Soap is no longer responsible for the package. 

We are not liable for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Carrier delays or errors

Lost orders should file a claim with the mail carrier selected at checkout

Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations and consider carrier insurance where available.


Combined Orders & Eco-Friendly Shipping

In support of our eco-conscious practices, our system may automatically combine multiple orders placed within a similar timeframe only when the shipping addresses are an exact match.

Important notes:

  • Combined orders ship together under one tracking number

  • Delivery confirmation for the combined shipment serves as proof of delivery for all orders included

  • Orders with even minor address differences cannot be combined

Combined orders do not alter fulfillment timelines or eligibility for claims.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We kindly ask customers to contact us directly with any order concerns before initiating a chargeback.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Our policies are clearly stated and agreed to at checkout

  • Orders shipped and marked as delivered constitute fulfillment

  • Hygiene-based products are non-refundable

Unauthorized chargebacks for fulfilled orders may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions

  • Cancellation of future orders

  • Submission of policy documentation and delivery confirmation to the payment processor

Chargebacks submitted in violation of these policies are considered fraudulent disputes.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, including clearance, promotional, or limited-edition offerings, are not eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund under any circumstances.
