At Crystal Bar Soap, every order is handcrafted with care and intention. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order, as it outlines processing timelines, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing Time

All Crystal Bar Soap products are made and packed in-house.

  • Orders typically ship within 5–8 business days from the date payment is successfully processed

  • Processing time refers to order preparation, not transit time

  • Processing times remain the same regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Transit Time

Once your order has shipped, it will be delivered via USPS or UPS, depending on the service selected and destination.

  • Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • Shipping speed selected at checkout affects delivery time after shipment, not processing time

  • Carrier delays, weather events, or operational disruptions are outside of our control

Crystal Bar Soap is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been handed over.


Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We do not verify, edit, or correct addresses

  • Orders are shipped exactly as provided

  • Orders shipped to the address entered are considered fulfilled

Crystal Bar Soap is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong location due to customer error

  • Orders returned to sender due to address issues

If a package is returned to us, reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.


Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Crystal Bar Soap is no longer responsible for the shipment.

We are not liable for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delivery errors made by the carrier

Delivery confirmation and tracking updates serve as proof of fulfillment in the event of disputes or chargebacks. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations and monitor tracking closely.


International Shipping

International shipping times vary significantly and may be impacted by customs processing.

  • Customs delays may extend delivery timelines by several weeks

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Crystal Bar Soap is not responsible for delays, seizures, or fees imposed by customs authorities

International orders are not eligible for refunds due to delays.


Combined Orders & Eco-Friendly Shipping

In alignment with our eco-conscious practices, our system may automatically combine multiple orders placed within a similar timeframe only when the shipping addresses are an exact match.

Important details:

  • Combined orders ship together in one package

  • A single tracking number will be issued

  • Delivery confirmation for the combined shipment serves as proof of delivery for all orders included

Orders with any address variation, including spacing or abbreviations, cannot be combined.


Shipping Errors & Damage

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packing materials

Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.


Shipping as Fulfillment Confirmation

An order is considered fulfilled when:

  • It has been shipped to the address provided by the customer, and

  • The carrier marks the package as delivered

These records may be submitted to payment processors in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
